Wireline Retrievable Gas Lift PPO Valves

ABOUT:

The JM-FR is a 1” wireline retrievable Production Pressure Operated (PPO) gas lift valve. A preset spring provides a downward force tending to hold the valve on its seat. The valves are installed in a side pocket mandrel and used to control injection gas pressure and its flow from the annulus to the tubing in a 1” (25.4 mm) pocket mandrel.

A preset spring provides a downward force tending to hold the ball stem on it’s seat. When production pressure exceeds the closing force, the spring compresses lifting the ball stem off of the seat and allowing injection gas to flow through the crossover seat and valve internals into the tubing.

For continuous tubing flow, mostly dual completions
